At One Man's Roof, the complete satisfaction of our customers is our top priority - and that includes providing answers to all of your questions from the convenience of your own home. Do you offer delivery?
We offer delivery within the lower 48 states. All machines are packaged securely onto a pallet and shipped through a freight service. Machines are packaged to ensure safety, and all shipments are insured. Please contact us with any questions you may have in regards to delivery or setup.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Zelle, or wire transfers. We do not currently proccess debit or credit cards.
What is your return policy?
Due to the cost of shipping, returning these items after shipping is just not possible. We are always here for support if there is an issue with the machine, and have a team of highly knowledgeable staff who have spent over four decades repairing and collecting slot machines. We are always more than happy to have you come inspect the machine, or do a video call, before purchasing the machine
